1. Alignment with Global Regulatory Standards

Our services and operational guidelines are strictly structured in adherence to international educational integrity standards and legal frameworks:

• Australia: Compliance with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Act 2011 (specifically Prohibition of Commercial Academic Cheating Services under Section 114A). We do not market or provide assignment ghostwriting to students enrolled in Australian higher education institutions.
• United Kingdom: Alignment with the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) guidance on Academic Integrity and the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 prohibiting essay mill operations.
• United States & Global: Adherence to university honor codes, research ethics protocols (IRB), and copyright law.

2. What We Provide (Permitted Educational Services)

3. What We Strictly Do NOT Provide (Prohibited Activities)

• We do NOT write, complete, or take exams, tests, graded quizzes, or online assessments for students.
• We do NOT author dissertations or thesis manuscripts from scratch to be handed in as student-authored work.
• We do NOT fabricate statistical data, falsify research findings, or manipulate empirical survey results.
• We do NOT provide services intended to circumvent university similarity detection systems (e.g., Turnitin, SafeAssign) through dishonest masking.

4. Student Responsibility & Code of Conduct

Clients engaging with MELANGE EDU acknowledge that any feedback, editorial comments, or statistical models provided are intended solely as learning aids, reference materials, and developmental guidance. Students remain 100% responsible for authoring and submitting their own original academic work in accordance with their respective university honor codes.

5. Institutional Reference Clarification

Any references to global universities (such as universities in the UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, or USA) on our platform are for informational, admissions advisory, and geographic benchmarking purposes only. MELANGE EDU is an independent mentoring firm and does not claim official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these universities unless explicitly stated.
