1. Nature of Engagement

By accessing or engaging the services of MELANGE EDU, you acknowledge and agree that MELANGE EDU provides educational advisory, research coaching, developmental proofreading, and study abroad consultation services. All materials, feedback, code snippets, and statistical scripts provided by our team are intended as reference models and learning scaffolds for the student's personal educational development.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The student retains 100% full intellectual property (IP) and ownership over their original research ideas, raw datasets, thesis manuscripts, and dissertation findings. MELANGE EDU claims zero copyright or proprietary interest in client academic output.

3. Ethical Compliance & Academic Honor Codes

Clients agree to utilize our advisory services strictly in compliance with their respective university honor codes and our Academic Integrity Policy. Clients must not present feedback, structural templates, or research models directly as their own unedited work where institutional rules forbid external editorial support.

4. Milestone Delivery & Revisions

Mentoring projects are structured around defined milestones (e.g., Topic Formulation, Chapter Draft Feedback, Statistical Review). We offer iterative revisions on editorial feedback to align with supervisor or review committee remarks within the agreed project scope.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our academic mentors strive to uphold the highest analytical standards, university grades, dissertation defense approvals, and visa decisions remain at the sole discretion of respective academic committees and national immigration authorities (e.g., German Embassies, UK Home Office, Australian Home Affairs). MELANGE EDU cannot and does not guarantee specific letter grades or visa issuance outcomes.
