Refund, Cancellation & Revision Policy

1. Milestone-Based Fair Billing

At MELANGE EDU, we pride ourselves on transparency. Most comprehensive academic mentoring engagements (such as multi-chapter dissertation guidance or extensive PhD statistical support) are structured on milestone-based payment schedules. Clients review progress at each milestone prior to initiating subsequent phase payments.

2. Free Revision Guarantee

If our editorial comments, methodology review, or formatting adjustments do not fully satisfy the specific criteria agreed upon in the initial project brief, we provide free iterative revisions within 14 days of milestone delivery to ensure all supervisor or committee feedback is addressed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Prior to Mentor Allocation: If a client requests cancellation before an academic specialist has been assigned and initiated research review, a 100% full refund is issued (minus standard payment gateway transaction fees).
• During Active Mentoring: If a project is cancelled while in progress, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on work already completed and mentor time invested up to the cancellation notice.
• Service Non-Fulfillment: In the rare event that MELANGE EDU is unable to match a qualified doctoral mentor in your specialized field or deliver within an agreed deadline, a full refund for that milestone will be processed immediately.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days following formal approval by our accounts department.
